When I picked up the bike from the shop, they had already disconnected the fuel lines, removed the coolant and carburetors from the engine. This saved a bit of time and mess during the removal.
As I disconnected the electrics from the engine, I made sure that all of the cables were labeled to make identification easier when removing excess wiring during the project.
In our next session we will be removing any remaining engine accessories, electrics and controls no longer required on the bike.
