Exciting news - the new motor and controller have been delivered, complete with the motor, controller, control cable, throttle, and display.

"Lets wire it up and see how it runs."

Before I started wiring it up, I noticed on the paperwork that the controller requires a pre-charge resistor. I have purchased a 50-watt 600-ohm resistor to pre-charge the controller on startup.
