I have been in contact with the bike engineer at the bike shop to identify how much bike I need to take in for them to construct and fit into the frame. Phil recommended at least a rolling frame so they are able to check the weight distribution, stability of the frame, and balance.

Firstly, I need to fit the swing arm back on the frame, but not before fitting the replacement chain guide to protect the chain from rubbing on the swing arm.

I lack a tool for the swing arm adjuster lock nut. This is a reminder not to discard all old broken tools. By re-purposing an old 27mm socket with the angle grinder's assistance, I managed to create a tool that may be a bit crude but is sufficient for the task at hand.

Now the swing arm is fitted, we can drop in the rear shock assembly.

Next, we will install the new sprocket, put the rear wheel back together, and attach it to the swing arm.

Next in line is the front wheel, and we might have to install the stand to prevent it from falling over.

Alright, what's the purpose of having a rolling frame if it doesn't have brakes? Let's install the rear brake and foot pegs.

Might as well throw on the seats, handle bars and the front brakes and there you have it, a rolling frame.

The new switch sets look good on the bars. Maybe I can drop the wiring back into the bike.
